February 23 - Cocktail Science: Flavor & Balance
Learn about the science that goes into making tasty cocktails and how different flavors/tastes interact in the glass. Develop a basic understanding of flavor balance so you can make better cocktails at home - and order better cocktails at bars!
March 2 - Mardi Gras Cocktails
New Orleans is the cocktail capital of the country, and for good reason! Learn about and mix some NOLA classics to celebrate Mardi Gras with us at easytalk. We'll save the Sazeracs and Vieux Carres for next time, this time we're making Hurricanes made with fresh juice and everyone's favorite - the Ramos Gin Fizz.
March 9 - Gin Tasting & Cocktails
Learn all about Gin, from classic London Dry to New World Botanical Gins to Barrel Rested. Taste 5 premium Gins from around the world (and state!), learn how and why they are made, and most importantly - how to mix your perfect Martini!

St. Patricks Day 2025 is on a Monday, so we're celebrating early by making Irish cocktails and sipping Irish whiskey.
March 23 - Garden Party: Spring Cocktails
Celebrate warmer days with Spring cocktails at easytalk. Learn about infusing spirits and syrups with herbs and capturing fresh Spring flavors in cocktail form.
Mocktails, Non-Alcoholic Cocktails, NA Bevvies, Spirit-free Sippers, Fresh Sodas: call them what you will, non-alcoholic alternatives are all the rage, and we think they're here to stay! Learn all about easytalk's approach to mocktails and why they've been a core part of our beverage program since opening Ginger Fox in 2020.
DETAILS: Unless otherwise noted*, our standard $60 ticket price includes a reserved seat in class, 2 full-sized cocktails, a cocktail guide, and light bar snacks. Classes are 1.5-2 hrs. Reservations are required. We ask for a nonrefundable 50% deposit to hold seats, payable online, at the bar or over the phone. The remaining 50% will be due at the conclusion of class. Unless otherwise noted, classes will be held at 4pm.
*'Tasting + Cocktails' classes include 5 tasting pours, 1 full cocktail, a tasting + cocktail guide, and bar snacks. Tasting classes are normally priced at $75/guest.
