Who is Ginger Fox?
Madeline Fox and David Bowen are the two halves of The Ginger Fox. 🦊 Madeline runs the business, David runs the bars.
Madeline grew up in Winston Salem, NC, and met David while training as actors together at UNCSA. It’s a long story, but we ran away and joined the circus in SE Asia, where we fell in love with hospitality, fancy cocktail bars, and most importantly: the experiences we shared within their walls.
Our dual passions for entertainment and entertaining eventually brought us back to NYC where we lived and worked in bars, restaurants and events until 2020.
The last few years have changed things for a lot of people, but it accelerated our 5 year plan and now we’re back in Winston Salem and excited to share our flair for the dramatic and staunch commitment to craft with the town that’s always been home.
